Ichthus has been proud to be working closely with Provident Label Group whose involvement in this year's Ascenxion Scout Competion could mean some SERIOUS bonuses for the winning bands below! We were also proud to be working closely with SonicBids this year to ensure a smooth and successful competition.

At this point we are excited to announce the first round of this year's competition has been completed and we want to introduce the winners to you:

Here's where we're at now! All of the artists above will be getting a live appearances at the Deep End stage on Thursday June 12! These ten artists will compete for the final prizes! The competition will run from 9:30 AM till Noon. Each artist will get 15 min to sound check and perform as many songs as time will allow.

The Grand prize winner, to be chosen by the judges during their live performance, will receive a 10 minute slot (perform two songs) on main stage on Friday night, and will have a 30 minute set at 5:00 pm on the Deep End stage on Saturday. The winner will also go on to the national competition in Nashville sponsored by Essential records against the winners of the other participating CFA festivals. The national winner will receive a developmental deal with Essential Records.

The third place finisher gets a Friday late afternoon slot on the Edge stage and the second place finisher will receive a slot on Saturday night the Edge stage.
