Because of this, we have assembled our scout team to be on the look out for the hot new artist out there that we can get our hands around to help keep excellence at the forefront of their career. There are no sacrifices in music. You must be excellent and you must be called to the task. Anything less and you're throwing yourselves to the wolves!
